APOLLO is transitioning to a new claims handling partner effective January 1, 2026. Below is a list of FAQs to help you understand what's changing and how to report your claim.

1. What is changing with APOLLO’s claims reporting process?

We are transitioning to a new claims handling partner starting January 1, 2026. Depending on when you report your claim, different partners will assist you.

2. Who is the new claims partner?

Our new third-party administrator is IPG Claims, a leading Canadian claims management organization known for responsive service, strong communication, and expertise in supporting digital-first insurers.

3. How do I report a claim before December 31, 2025?

If you report your claim on or before December 31, 2025, it will be handled from start to finish by our current adjusting partner.

4. What should I do if I have an after-hours emergency before December 31, 2025?

If a claim occurs outside our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM EST), please contact:

5. How do I report a new claim on or after January 1, 2026?

Starting January 1, 2026, all new claim reports, including losses that happened in 2025 but are reported in 2026, will be handled by our new partner:

IPG Claims will manage all first-time claim submissions going forward.

6. What if I’m unsure which partner to contact?

7. Can I use these numbers for service requests?

No. These numbers are for claims only.
