APOLLO+ is an optional add-on available when you purchase, renew, or make changes to your tenant insurance policy. It's protects you from premium increases, gives you claim forgiveness, and offers flexible payment options—all for one low annual fee.
What's Included in APOLLO+?
Rate Lock
Lock in your premium rate and protect yourself from increases at your next renewal. Tenant insurance rates typically rise about 10% annually*. With APOLLO+, your first renewal rate will match your current term's pricing—no surprises, no unexpected costs. This protection applies as long as there are no material changes to your policy (such as changing your address, increasing your coverage, etc.).
Claim Forgiveness
Life happens, and sometimes you need to file a claim. APOLLO+ offers forgiveness for one filed claim per policy term, protecting you from rate increases. This means you can use your insurance when you need it without worrying about the impact on your renewal premium.
Payment Flexibility
Need to adjust when your payments come out? With APOLLO+, you can change your payment date up to three times during your policy term (instead of just once), as long as your account is in good standing. This gives you the flexibility to align your insurance payments with your budget and cash flow.

Already a policyholder?
Simply log in to the Customer Portal, and you'll see an option to add APOLLO+
Renewing your policy?
APOLLO+ is also available at renewal, giving you another opportunity to add this valuable protection.
