Sometimes, landlords will ask to be added as an Additional Insured as a condition to the lease. While not always commonplace with residential renter contracts, it is something that we can accommodate with the APOLLO Tenants Insurance policy. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance as a confirmation of valid insurance as well as showing your landlord as an Additional Insured.
