Definitely! If your immediate family member, spouse, or common law partner co-signed the rental or lease agreement, they can be listed as a co-applicant. If they are an unrelated room-mate they will require their own policy.

In fact, even if common-law partners, spouses, and family members don't co-sign or haven't been named on the policy, they are automatically covered provided they live in the insured residence.
