How do I get access to view my tenant's insurance policy?

Your tenant will share their policy with you directly through the APOLLO Platform after purchasing their insurance. You'll receive an email invitation to create your landlord account.

What information do I need to sign up?

You'll need to provide:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • A strong password of your choice

After signing up, you'll receive an email verification code to confirm your account.

What if I didn't receive an invitation email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, ask your tenant to resend the invitation through their customer portal. They can share their policy at any time after purchase.

What can I see once I'm signed up?

You'll be able to view your tenant's certificate of insurance through the Portal. You can find shared policies under "Recent Activity" or by selecting the "Insurance" dropdown and choosing "Policies."

Can I make changes to my tenant's policy or see their personal information?

No. You can only view the certificate of insurance.

How do I verify if my tenant has valid coverage?

Once logged into the Portal, you can easily verify active policies and check coverage details on the certificate of insurance.

What if I was invited but haven't signed up yet?

You can sign up at any time using the link in your original invitation email. If you've lost the email, ask your tenant to resend the invitation from their customer portal.
