One-Time Passcodes (OTPs) are critical for secure login into the APOLLO Customer Portal. These codes are sent to your registered email or phone number for authentication. If you're facing issues receiving OTPs, here are some steps to resolve them:

1. Troubleshooting Email-Based OTP Issues

If you’re not receiving the OTP in your email:

  • Double-check that you’re checking the correct email account associated with your Apollocover account. Using an unregistered email can prevent the OTP from being delivered.

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotional folders, as emails can sometimes be incorrectly sorted.

  • Ensure your inbox is not full and has space to receive new messages.

2. Troubleshooting SMS-Based OTP Issues

If you’re not receiving the OTP via SMS:

  • Verify that you’re using the phone number registered to your account.

  • Check for any network connectivity issues or if your phone's inbox for messages is full.

  • If SMS delivery continues to fail, consider using the email-based OTP method described below.

3. Alternate Login Methods

When an OTP cannot be received by SMS, you can use the email-based login method:
