How do I log in to the Customer Portal?

How to log in to the APOLLO Customer Portal using a one-time code, and what to do if you're not receiving your verification code.

APOLLO uses a passwordless login system — there's no password to remember or reset. Instead, you verify your identity each time you log in using a one-time code sent to your email or phone.

How to log in to the Customer Portal

  1. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your policy.

  2. Check your inbox (or SMS) for a one-time code — it typically arrives within a minute.

  3. Enter the code to access your account.

Not receiving your one-time code?

If the code isn't arriving, try these steps:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — Email OTPs can sometimes be filtered.

  • Make sure you're using the right email or phone number — The code is sent to the contact information on your policy. If you've changed your email or phone number since purchasing, try the original one.

  • Try the other method — If you requested an SMS code, try logging in with email instead (or vice versa).

  • Wait a moment and try again — Occasionally there's a short delivery delay. Wait 1–2 minutes and request a new code.

  • Check your inbox isn't full — A full inbox can prevent new messages from arriving.

Using the wrong email?

Your Customer Portal account is linked to the email address you used when you purchased your policy. If you're not sure which email that was, check for your original APOLLO welcome email or policy documents — those were sent to your registered address.
