If you have an outstanding balance on your APOLLO account, here's how to find it and pay it through the Customer Portal.

How to check your outstanding balance

  1. If there's an outstanding balance, a red banner appears at the top of the screen

  2. For a full breakdown, navigate to Manage My Payments — outstanding amounts are listed there with details

How to pay your outstanding balance

Through the Customer Portal
Go to Manage My Payments, update your payment details if needed, and submit the payment directly. If you need to use a new card, update your card information first before paying.

Changing your payment date
Payment dates can only be changed if there is no outstanding balance and no registered letter on the account. Clear any balance first, then request a date change through the portal.

If you can't resolve it through the portal

If your account has been passed to a collections agency, you'll need to contact SinglePoint directly — see How can I contact SinglePoint to clear my outstanding balance?

For a full explanation of what triggered the balance — retry schedule, fees, and cancellation timeline — see What happens if my payment fails?
