You can now defer your next scheduled payment by up to 7 days directly through your Apollo policy portal — no need to call us.
Here's how:
Log in to your policy portal here
Select Manage My Payment
Click Defer Next Payment — you'll find it in the centre of the screen
Confirm your new payment date
That's it! Your updated payment date will be reflected immediately.
A few things to keep in mind:
You can defer by a maximum of 7 days
This option is available once per policy term
Only your next payment is affected — all future monthly payments will continue on their original scheduled date
