Customer Portal login troubleshooting

What to do if you can't log in to the APOLLO Customer Portal — wrong email or phone, missing OTP, browser issues, and how to switch between email and SMS login methods.

If you're seeing an error or can't get into your Customer Portal, work through these steps in order.

1. Check your login details

The email address and phone number you enter must exactly match what's on file for your policy. If either is different, the system won't let you in.

Tip: Watch for typos or browser auto-fill using an old address or number.

2. Not receiving your login code by email?

The one-time code is sent from login@apollocover.com with the subject line "Login Verification". If you don't see it:

  • Confirm you're using the same email address you signed up with

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder

  • Make sure your inbox isn't full

  • Check that your email was verified using the welcome email APOLLO sent when you signed up

3. Not receiving your login code by SMS?

  • Confirm the phone number is the one registered to your account

  • Check for network issues or a full SMS inbox

  • If SMS keeps failing, switch to email login instead — see step 4 below

4. Switch to email login if SMS isn't working

  1. On the login screen, select the option to log in with your email address

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Check your inbox for the verification code from login@apollocover.com

  4. Enter the code to log in

5. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Stored browser data can cause login errors. Try:

  • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies

  • Closing the browser completely

  • Reopening it and trying again

If that doesn't help, try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
