Why can't I access the Customer Portal?

We're sorry you're having trouble! If you’re seeing an error message or can’t log in to your Customer Portal, here are a few simple steps you can take to resolve it:

1. Double-Check Your Login Information

Make sure the email address and phone number you’re using match what’s on file for your policy. If either one is different, the system won’t let you in.

Tip: Check for typos or auto-fill errors that might be using an old email or number.

2. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

Stored data can sometimes cause login issues. Try the following:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies

  • Close the browser completely

  • Reopen it and try logging in again

3. Didn't Receive a Login Code?

If you’re not getting the one-time password (OTP) in your email:

  • Confirm you're using the same email address you signed up with

  • Check that your email was verified using the welcome email we sent you

  • Look in your Spam or Junk folder — the code will come from login@apollocover.com With the subject: “Login Verification”
