Why can't I access the Customer Portal?

If you encounter an error message when attempting to log in to the Customer Portal, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies: Start by clearing your web browser's cache and cookies. After doing this, close the browser window and attempt to log in again.

  2. Verify Your Email Address: If you're not receiving your one-time password, double-check that the email address you're using to log in is the same one you used when creating your account.

  3. Check Your Spam Folder: Ensure that the email containing your login verification code wasn't accidentally sent to your Spam folder. Look for an email from login@apollocover.com with the subject line "Login Verification" and a 6-digit code inside that will grant you access to your APOLLO account.

    If the email isn't there, try adding login@apollocover.com to your address book and requesting the verification code again.
