The first payment for your tenant insurance policy will occur on the day that you sign up for the policy regardless of the start date. Your second and subsequent payments will occur the day that you selected while signing up for the policy. Sometimes, second and subsequent payments are defaulted to the first of every month — this can be changed while signing up for the policy. However, once your policy is issued, you will not be able to change your payment date.

For annual policies, payment is processed as soon as you sign up for policy regardless of the start date of the policy.
