The referral program (the “Program”) is only open to selected existing customers of APOLLO INSURANCE AGENCY LTD. (“Company”) who meet the eligibility criteria outlined here. To participate in the Program, the referrer must have an active policy and is in-good-standing with the Company and all affiliated companies. The referred customer must purchase a tenants insurance policy and be a new customer to the Company.

Both the referrer and the referee receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card, 5 weeks after the campaign, provided that the referred and referrer policies are active and in good standing with the Company and all affiliated companies. Note, the type, value, and terms of the gift card may be subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Further note, rewards will be distributed at the discretion of the Company and may be subject to change in conditions such as a minimum waiting period or approval. Gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Referrers can earn up to a maximum of $200 by recommending individuals through their unique link.

APOLLO retains the right to change or terminate this offer at any time, may limit the number of rewards per individual, and does not offer rewards in Quebec or outside of Canada. The Program's terms and conditions are subject to change or termination at the Company's discretion. All Referrers and Referees must comply with the Company's policies, terms of service, and any applicable laws and regulations.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
