Policyholders can cancel their policy by logging into APOLLO's self-serve Customer Portal. However, it's important to note that there are many situations that don't require a policy cancellation.
If you've recently moved, you can update your policy on our Customer Portal with your new address.
If you've bought a house or condo, you can also modify your current coverage to a home or condo insurance policy on our Customer Portal.
