You can cancel your APOLLO tenant policy at any time by logging into the self-serve Customer Portal.
Before You Cancel
Many situations don't actually require a full cancellation. You may be able to simply make changes to your existing policy instead:
Moving? Select "I'm moving" in the Customer Portal to update your address — no need to cancel.
Bought a home or condo? You can modify your coverage type directly through the portal.
Cancellation Fees May Apply
If you cancel before your 12-month term is up, a short-rate cancellation fee will apply. The fee depends on how long your policy has been active. Taxes and policy fees are non-refundable.
